Your only upgrade is the Sylvania Sylverstar Plus lightbulbs, about $25 each at Kragens, cheaper if you buy the 2-pack.

it could be a battery issue. do the lights get ALOT brighter when you rev up the motor? they will get a little brighter due to your altenator spinning up more amps but if they get alot brighter then your battery could be weak.
i would personally change the bulbs. my cars an 02 and they went dim last year.
when you replace them get sylvania Silver star bulbs or PIAA's bulbs. they are the proven brightest bulb for a non HID headlight.
but whatver you do if you go to a higher wattage bulb be carefull, you can fry stuff if you go too big!
have the actual bulbs ever been replaced?
headlight bulbs DO eventually dim over time. replacing them might be all you need to do
Cars that have Halogen headlights can dim over time - you should change every 3 to 5 years depending on how much you use them. They are 10 years old, just need new bulbs. Should only cost around $5-$10 for new bulbs.

Go to any auto replacement store and find compatible bulbs for your model car, that run a higher wattage. Just like the light bulbs in your home, which run in higher watts for more life and brightness, the same applies to auto bulbs.
They are usually called halogen or xenon.
Other options may be an HID headlight kit, or fog lights. Good luck.
Replace the headlight assembly they do yellow. And replace the lights as well there will be a big difference in light output. Cost? Around 300$ plus labor. Had the 98' Mercury (Mystake) Mystique
you most likely have a bad ground somewhere for your head lights try and find a ground wire coming from the head lights and clean the wire and the area and put it back on you should have nice bright lights again
battery might be weak, check the wires from the lights, check the bulbs
haha! hilarious!! i have the SAME car and the SAME problem!! and it's only getting worse. for one, i know i need to wash my car badly, and i think that's why i've noticed that it's worse at the moment. my lenses however are horribly scratched. if you have already had them adjusted then you probably just need new bulbs.
Go to your local dealer or better yet, wal mart and get yourself some halogen bulb replacements. They're cheap and they'll help you see much further and better.
Well, there are different ways to answer your question. It may be the bulbs begginning to burn out. They will burn out quicker if you use them alot if you drive alot at night or just need your lights on alot. Getting them adjusted won't always fix your problem. I would go out and buy new headlights, but if you are wanting them to shine further and brighter, I would suggest neon headlights. They are very good headlights that can shine very far, but they can get pricy.

Where can I get men's non-perscription glasses (clear lenses with no + or -) that also look stylish?
My vision is terrific but I'm looking for some quality (aka no dollar store or play-glasses) non-perscription glasses strictly for the purpose of style.
If I went to a frames store or something can I get cool frames and lenses with no magnification at all? THis rules out generic ';reading glasses'; too...

You can definitely get frames without prescription lenses in them. The only thing now is, you're still going to have to pay the same price for a pair of glasses whether or not you have a prescription in them or not. You can't buy a pair of frames and use the demo lenses that come with them, they're usually a cheap plastic that could break easily and are not safe for your eyes, plus most stores pop them out before they sell the frames only. If you're worried about price though you can always get a really nice pair of frames at like pearle or lenscrafters and then get the lenses at walmart. Just keep in mind now you may have problems with glare because you have a piece of plastic in front of your eyes that reflects light. To prevent that you you can get the anti-glare lenses, which are especially good if you plan on wearing glasses and are on the computer a lot. Of course, you can also just take off the glasses when you're on the computer. Otherwise you might get eyestrain and actually end up needing glasses. It takes a few minutes (not seconds, like in the commercial!) for the complete change to occur.

You sure can...alot of safety glasses or biker glasses are just clear lens,,,for eye protection...A lot of bike shops,,auto stores or even walmart sell them....
my glasses just have colour lenses that help with my dyslexia (Scotopic Sensitivity Syndrome), anyway people never notice that there is no prescription in my glasses, so i don't see any reason why they would for you. The glasses you try on at the optometrist often have clear lenses already in them, but you would want to get them replaced with glass that is the same quality as what they use for prescriptions, because those lenses are pretty cloudy. I'm sure it's do-able, just talk to a good optometrist, one with lots of nice fashion frames.
I would guess actors would sometimes use them if they don't need glasses so I guess they'd have to get them somewhere, I'd go do a search on Ebay if I were you, failing that ring your local optician. I'm sure they'd quite happily sort you out with a frame and pair of flat lenses for the usual fees.

I have a Nikon dslr and I have the 18-55mm lens. I want something that I can get great bohke with and a crisper clearer subject at several feet away.

I have several lenses that do well for me in creating ';good bokeh,'; but it seems my samples are mostly from the Nikkor 35mm f/2.0D lens. The Nikkor 50mm f/1.4D lens is spectacular, but only at the wide open f/1.4 setting. If you stop it down at all, the aperture blades become evident and the circles are not circles any more. I understand that the newer 50mm f/1.4G lens is better at this, as it has NINE aperture blades and they really paid attention to the curvature of the blades to keep it smooth throughout the range. It's the shizzle, as the kidz love to say. (And, ';shizzle'; will not be bl**ped by the Yahoo! censor.)

actually the lens is all-important when looking for a crisp shot. That guy has no idea what he's talking about.
A good lens for this effect is the Nikor 70-200 2.8 VR lens, which will run you close to two grand. A cheaper alternative is the Nikor 85 mm 1.8, closer to 500 bucks. Both are great lenses. This is not a cheap effect.
Generally a long lens with a wide open aperature will do the trick for bokeh, but say the 18-200 lenses are not too crisp in the wider end, though the 150-200mm range is not too bad.end and the 70-300 produces very fuzzy images even at 200 and is not worth the glass it is made up of.

I just ordered one for myself based on the reviews and I haven't read one bad review on this lens. Because of the HSM it auto-focuses super-fast and accurate and quiet. And the circular blur I guess for lack of another word, which some call bokeh, is very nice.

It is a perfect lens for what you want to do.
You just need a tripod and let your cameras meter decide the correct exposure. Take a few shots and then make changes in the aperture until you get the perfect exposure.
If the image is still too dark, raise the ISO setting on the camera to raise the sensitivity of the sensor.
