Are Oakley clear titanium iridium lenses mirrored? Or do they have a mirrored effect?

I want to order clear lenses and I found these at Oakley.com, but wanted to know if they are mirrored? I do not want to order them if they are. I also saw just plain clear for $20 cheaper, but also wanted to know the difference between these and the titanium iridium lenses.

The titanium iridium clear would have some degree of mirror effect and stronger light filtering than the plain clear. You can read reviews of them below:
