could I take them to an eye doctor or some place and get those lenses replaced with prescription lenses? Can I get clear/fake lenses replaced with real lenses?
Frames like that aren't of a good enough optical quality usually to be able to put real lenses into them.

The frame has to be heated to get the old lenses out, and heated again to put the new ones in. Very often cheap plastics like that won't take it, and either burn or break.

At that price, the construction of the frame is going to be real cheap and liable to break within a short time anyway, then you are stuck with expensive lenses and no frame.

All in all...not a good idea. Can I get clear/fake lenses replaced with real lenses?
Yes, if you go to the eye doctor they will examine your eyes and write you a prescription for lenses if you need them.
Yes- but those frames look a little dorky-
