So the other night I put my contacts lenses in the Clear Care case that came with it and left it there for 6 hours (as said); I was out of regular solution so i just filled my regular case (not the clear care one) with the clear care solution. The next morning; I tried putting my contacts in my eyes and it RIGHT AWAY it stung SOOO MUCHH; the pain was unbearable. So that afternoon I bought the opti free regular solution and replaced it in my regular case. So the DAY after ( this morning ) I tried putting it in and RIGHT AWAY it didnt sting but a couple seconds later it was that pain again (not AS worst).
Should I RE do the clear care 6 hour process again and see if it goes back to normal ?
HELPP;
Are my contacts lenses ever going back to not burning my eyes?

Clear Care is a hydrogen peroxide system. Hydrogen peroxide is the stuf you sometimes use to disinfect cuts. It stings a little when you pour ir on your skin so I can imagine how much it hurts when it goes in your eye. If you use the correct case, the hydrogen peroxide turns to water and oxygen over night.You should never rinse your lens with Clear Care after it has been disinfected. You should never use another case with your Clear Care. Used properly, Clear Care can be one of the best systems. They try to give you as many warnings as possible. They even make the top of the bottle red so you can see what color your eye will be if you use it wrong.Clear Care contact lenses solution stinging my eye help?
i accidentally used my sister's clear care to rinse my contact off just the other week.
rinse your contacts off with regular solution, use some eye drops in your eyes (like one that gets rid of red eyes or something) and keep your contacts out for the rest of the day in a regular solution. then tomorrow, rinse your contacts off and see if it feels better
if you don't want to wait a whole day to make your eyes feel better, i just left them out for a few hours and they felt fine afterward.
hope that works
I would do the Clear Care process again making sure it neutralizes the solution this time. Leave them in all night in that case with the neutralizing disc. Your contacts probably still have some of that Clear Care solution on them since it didn't neutralize in that regular case. That could be why they are still stinging.
The clear care should be used ONLY with the disk that came with it. You have to get another solution such as Opti free (green box) that comes with a different case in order to temporarily store contact lenses in. ONLY use the clear care at night while you are sleeping.
