Where to get some wayfarers (clear lenses)?

I want to get these, preferably, in bulk for a decent price.





Say a dozen for $20. I've seen them sold in wholesale online. But I need a ';seller's permit'; to purchase.





Does anyone know where to get these without the necessity of a seler's permit, for respectively, the same price?
