My clear contact lens have gone blue?!?

Last night I put my clear, conact lenses (to correct my vision) in the little case thing its meant to go to. I did what I am meant to do, I cleaned them, put solution in the case, but this morning when I woke up, I saw that it had change to a light blue colour.

Contacts usually have a blue tint to them, it makes it easier to find if you drop it or if it gets lost in you eye. There's nothing wrong with it being blue. Now if it starts to turn like yellow- then maybe it time to throw it out.My clear contact lens have gone blue?!?
I'm pretty sure that this is just something that happens with contacts. It sounds to me like you didn't do anything wrong. I wouldn't worry too much about it, unless they start to get unusually irritating.





P.S my contacts are light blue also, and I've seen others' like that too.
I've used monthly contact lenses for 8yrs and they have always appeared slightly blue in sunlight.


It's just that in certain light they appear to have no colour, but monthly contact lenses do.
they usually have a blue tint?


well some do.
