keep your hands clean, wash before touching your lens and eyes, be patient when putting them it, it will take you a while to get one in your eye, you will tear up, and your eyes will blink so much that you think you'll never get it in. if your contacts hurt while in , they are in wrong, or there is dirt inside the lid. if everything is okay, you will not feel anything!

You should let ur doc know you have never worn contacts. They should have someone sit down with you and explain everything. Also they should teach u insertion and removal. And, if they don't you should find a diff doc.
