Prices vary by location and provider. Chains are generally less expensive but you may not get the best quality product available. The doc I work for in SA charges $149-$164 for a 6 month supply of 30 day disposable lenses; gas perms are usually between $250 and $350 depending on the type of lens. He is a private practice specialist.

I'm not sure what you mean by ';long lasting';...like a rigid gas perm lens? Or like a 30 day disposable?
