Do regular (clear) contact lenses make eyes darker than they seem?

i wear airoptix, or o2optix contact lenses and it seems like they make my light brown eyes darker when i wear them could this be true or could it be just my vision.

acutally i have seen that tinted clear contacts make your eyes appear brighter and more shiny. this will be especially prominent when you first open them and use them...and after a month or so they get to be normal..just when its time to toss them. but im sure its nothing bad.Do regular (clear) contact lenses make eyes darker than they seem?
Not at all. I have clear.
they don't change eye color what so ever...if they did i wouldnt wear them..because i love my eye color...LOL and theydont make eyes look glossy because eyes already look glossy to begin with...
