hi I have seen this before. you have a contamination in the the fluid. The only way to fix this is to change the crt fluid and install new seels. You should contact a tv repair company unless you are very brave.I have a phillips 55'; big screen and the pic is fuzzy, red lens is clear but green and blue look foggy?
Here's what you do:

1. Pack up the set

2. Drive to the dump

3. Throw it away

4. Go to Best Buy, Target, Walmart, etc. and get a new LCD or Plasma TV - these days you can get a set almost as big as your old one for $700 or less.
