Any of the opticians, the glasses in the shop have plain glass that they replace wit perscription glass so just tell em you want them as they are :)
i think http://www.asos.com sell clear lensed sun shades other wise try places like boots and superdrug that sell sunglasses they will sell sun shades that have a clear lens if that still doesn't work buy some shnshades and take the lenses out of them
If you are in the UK, chemists such as Superdrug or Boots stock plain lens glasses
go to dept. stores or go to an optometrist clinic
My mom works in an opticians and you get em in there. Also i saw them in Primark before. Also giftstores sell funky glasses with clear non-prescription lenses.
