The side that is shaped with the edges like a flying saucer.
It feels uncomfortable sometimes if you don't have them on right. How you know what side to wear clear contacts lens? Does it really matter?
Contact lenses usually form to a
spherical shape so, it would be
pretty simple to find if it's backwards
or not. And if you need them because
you don't have perfect visions then yes
it does matter if it's backwards but
if you just wear them for the color
then yes, it does matter. Because
it hurts when it's backwards.
AND if your eyes have different
degrees (for example my right eye
is 75 while my left is 50) then it does
matter which lens you put in which
eye because you will notice that
you don't see as clearly.
hope this helps !How you know what side to wear clear contacts lens? Does it really matter?
You put the clean lens that you just rinsed off on your finger. The lens should curve up to you. This will be the side that you put in your eye. If the lens pops out start all over and make sure you rinse it off again. Take your time, with practice it will get easier.
you will feel the difference (ouch) when u put it on backwards.
the right way is to put the lens on ur finger and look at the edges closely. if it is shaped like a bowl then u are fine.
the wrong way is if the top part (where the lens ends) is sort of sticking out. then that is painful
Hope I helped!!
one side might be more comfortable than
the other..is in my case..one's worn the
opposite side than the other
wait...ive read the other answers and my right
eye is the one where the contact
isnt bowl shaped..the ends stick out
and its a whole lot comfortable than bowl shaped..
it depends on ur eyes shape...
Yes it really matters. If its on the wrong side, it'll hurt like hell. Anyway, put it on your finger tip and if the tip sort of curls out, its the wrong side.
yeah it does matter,
my eye doctor told me that your supposed to wear the contact lens the side that is bowl-shaped..
